Return & Exchange Policy

At Elmorie, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate apparel (such as underwear, lingerie, bodysuits)
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@elmorie.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

⚠️ Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), we will also cover all associated shipping costs.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

We will notify you once your refund has been processed.


6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Item is defective or damaged
  • Incorrect item was received

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider or payment processor
  3. If the issue persists, contact us
